All services are delivered remotely.
3. Services Provided

• Rehabilitation programs
• Exercise prescription
• Mobility & posture correction guidance
• Wellness advice
We do not provide:
• Emergency care
• In-person physical treatment
• Hospital or surgical services
4. Professional Licensing & International Clients
Our physiotherapists are licensed in India.
If you are accessing services from outside India:
• Telehealth laws vary by country.
• You are responsible for ensuring telehealth consultation from an Indian
practitioner is permitted in your jurisdiction.
• Services may be considered advisory or consultative depending on local
regulations.
5. Telehealth Consent
By booking a session, you acknowledge and consent that:
• Assessment is limited to visual and verbal evaluation.
• No hands-on treatment is provided.
• Technical interruptions may occur.
• Health information is shared electronically.
Telehealth services have inherent limitations compared to in-person care.
6. Medical Disclaimer
• Outcomes are not guaranteed.
• Recovery varies by individual.
• Advice is based solely on information you provide.
• Services do not replace in-person medical evaluation when clinically necessary. If you experience chest pain, stroke-like symptoms, severe breathlessness, or sudden neurological symptoms, seek emergency care immediately.
7. Assumption of Risk
You voluntarily assume risks associated with performing exercises, including:
• Muscle strain
• Ligament injury
• Fracture
• Nerve irritation
• Dizziness or falls
• Aggravation of existing conditions
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
8. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Provide complete and truthful medical history.
• Disclose prior injuries, surgeries, medications.
• Inform us of worsening symptoms.
• Perform exercises safely.
• Seek in-person care when advised.
Failure to disclose relevant information releases Aline from resulting liability.
9. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
• Fees are displayed at booking.
• Payment must be completed before consultation.
• Cancellations within 24 hours may be non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions without refund.
You agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting Aline for resolution.
10. Third-Party Platforms
We use third-party platforms such as:
• Zoho Bookings
• Google Meet
• Payment processors
We are not responsible for outages, data errors, or technical failures of third-party
systems.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• Aline is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific consultation.
• Practitioners are not personally liable.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aline and its practitioners from claims arising from
misuse of services, non-compliance, or undisclosed conditions.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond our control, including natural
disasters, internet outages, government actions, pandemics, or power failures.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction in Mumbai, India.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
